There will be an Extraordinary General Meeting on Wednesday 21 October 2009.

The purpose of the meeting is to review the issues facing us and the options open to us in respect of;

• the latest on the re-development of the site (with particular reference to any implications for our clubhouse)
• the condition of our rescue boats
• any unusual costs being considered in connection with next year's sailing programme.

By the close of the meeting, we should aim to have sufficient clarity and agreement on the issues so as to allow your Main Committee to follow through with appropriate actions.

Before the meeting a short briefing note will be sent out on the topics covered above.
