In crafting these plans, we have assumed:

• The latest site redevelopment plans will (once again) come to naught
• Inside of a 10 year time scale, no major site wide redevelopment will be implemented
• Whatever improvements are made, will take the form of incremental, step-by-step changes
• In the short term, other than those actions referred to below regarding a review of our race courses, there are no other actions we should be taking for the time being in respect of the possible development of the third bridge
• It is in the best interests of everyone to continue to work closely with the other key stake-holders in the Forth, particularly Edinburgh Leisure but also the member clubs within the FYCA, The Bosun´s Locker and the other site based boating interests.
