Thursday Evening Yacht Cruising takes place
every
week from May to September
- Thursday evening cruising starts Thursday 1st May 2008
- Yacht owners and crew meet on the
pontoons at Port Edgar by 6:00 pm each Thursday;
- Crews are distributed amongst the
available yachts;
- Yachts cruise up or down the Forth
depending on the
tide and wind conditions:
- either beating against the wind
and running home,
- or sailing against the tide and
coming back with
the tide;
- Experienced and novice crews welcome;
- Bring picnic supper and refreshments.
