Port Edgar Yacht Club will only use any personal data that you provide for running the club and will not pass that information to any third party.
Our preferred method of paying subscriptions is by Direct Debit through a financial services provider called Gocardless.
Risk Statement
If you intend to participate in
racing at Port Edgar Yacht Club you should be aware of the Royal Yachting
Associations risk statement. Rule 4 of the Racing Rules of Sailing which states:
The responsibility for a boats decision to participate in a race or continue
racing is hers alone. Sailing is by its nature an unpredictable sport and
therefore involves an element of risk. Competitors are referred to the Risk
Statement in the PEYC Notice of Race and in the membership form.
