Rotas

There are four "formal" rotas in operation to help share the workload for the scheduled club activities:

• Yacht Racing Officer of the Day (OOD) Rota
• Dinghy OOD Rota
• Dinghy RIB Safety Boat Rota
• Committee Boat (Beamer) Crew Rota

All of the rota duties and the members assigned to them are visible for each of the events in the Calendar and you'll be able to see the whole Rota and your own duties in your membership.

The Yacht OOD duties are assigned per yacht and each yacht that races is expected to perform at least one duty per season, usually two.  The OOD yachts average performance in the respective race series is placed as its result for the duty day.  A similar system is in place for the dinghies.
