6. Club boats Proposal to purchase Eurobo for PEYC in 2026

8. Treasurers Report & adoption of the Draft Accounts year ending 31st October 2025.
9. Subscriptions for 2026-7 (proposal to raise fees by 3.5%).
10. Proposal to change section 31 of the Clubs Constitution (reduce the Committee quorum from 6 to 5)
12. Election of club Officials.
