Helping at Events

Port Edgar Yacht Club welcomes many 707 sailors from across the UK each year for our Major Open events for the Hunter 707 keelboat Class.  This year we have the annual Edinburgh Cup event in April, the 707 Nationals in August and the annual Sprints weekend in September.  Further details can be seen in the Major Events pages.  These events often require a good deal of additional help, be it helping run the races out on the water, assisting the Race Officer and mark laying teams, or back on shore with the hospitality and race results work.  If you want to know more or to volunteer to help out at our Major Events in any way you can contact us here.
